Take a moment and think about yourself…
Are you happy about your relationships, family, work, finances, and social life? Do you feel comfortable being yourself wherever you are, whoever you are with? Do you feel your life is going to be what you dream about?
My approach is to let you understand and realize how you think about yourself, and how the thoughts would influence your feelings and behaviors. Either positive or negative thought patterns, there are reasons why you become think and feel this way. Once you understand “the patterns,” you can work out to change those negative patterns.
Instead of blaming yourself by making bad choice or not changing your negative patterns, just embrace the fact that you did your best given the situation. Any choice you made in your life, you made the best choice at that time. Even if, in hindsight, the decision looks like a stupid one. Back then, you made the best choice you could. It does not matter what you couldn’t do or what you have done in the past. All that matters is what you want to do from now.
If you feel like you are not worthy and not good enough, just let those feelings go. You can begin doing the things you really feel like doing, and be more mindful of how you are feeling. Let me be your guide on a walk through the deep woods of your psyche and emotions, where you walk out on the otherwise side feeling more confident and vibrant.
